As a European traveler visiting Texas, I found the Holiday Inn Express And Suites Killeen-Fort Hood Area to be a disappointing choice. Despite the convenient location near Fort Hood, the experience was marred by cleanliness issues. the initial room we were given was unacceptable, and despite requesting a change, the second room also had the same issues, making our night uncomfortable and sleepless. the lack of proper housekeeping dampened our spirits and overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. the staff's handling of the situation was also subpar, adding to our overall dissatisfaction.
